What data we collect
When you use our contact, careers or assessment forms: your name, email address, the program or role you are interested in, any message or link you choose to write, and your assessment answers if you send them to us.
When you browse the website: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, held in server logs. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, send the plan you asked for, or consider you for a role. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the website and handle email or forms, under confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to [12] months after our last contact. Job applications: up to [12] months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email hello@thesuperintelligence.school and we will respond within [30] days.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
Our website and programs are for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and limited access.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
